Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Mitty Film: Analog Camera governing your use of the mobile application.

1. Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscription Terms (Apple App Store):

  • Payment is processed and charged by Apple to your iTunes Account.
  • Refunds: We do NOT process refunds. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple Support.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end.
  • Management: You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account Settings.

This App is "Local-First". Your photos and data are stored ONLY on your device.

  • If you delete the App, your data is PERMANENTLY LOST.
  • YOU are solely responsible for backing up your device to iCloud/Google Drive.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

6. Class Action Waiver

WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND MITTY FILM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

7. International Use

We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in your location. Compliance with local law is your responsibility.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
